In exercise of the power conferred by sub--section (1) of section 180 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointmentof Chairperson and Members. Budget and Annual Report) Rules, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the said Rules).

Amendment

In the said rules in rule 3.Omit sub rule (5).
